Returns & Refunds

Doner Medical (Doner Industries, Inc. d/b/a Doner Medical) accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at info@donermedical.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will reply with return instructions. Unsolicited returns sent without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except when we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged. In those cases we will provide a prepaid return label.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that are single-use, sterile-packaged, or otherwise sealed cannot be returned once opened, unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original as described above and place a new order.
