Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding US holidays) typically ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the following business day.

Carriers and delivery time

We ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, selected based on destination, package weight, and the shipping speed chosen at checkout. Ground shipments typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and local pickup is not available.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delays, lost, or damaged packages

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If your package is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will help where we can.
